Our Mission and Our History
Our mission is to match volunteers with meaningful service opportunities in the Cape Fear region.
We do this by promoting volunteerism, Big Buddy/Life Guide, National Days of Volunteer Service, Kid's Voting, CareNet and so much more.
CFVC has served our community for more than 15 years.
Cape Fear Volunteer Center is modeled after the famous "1000 Points of Light" speech, by President George Bush, harnessing the power of spontaneous volunteers and matching them with community needs.
